Allies/Contacts/Status/Item Merits

are available at char creation only....after that tiem you must earn these merits in game by roleplaying..or through off day posts, though this will eb ahrder and take more time

to get contact cop, fro instance, youll have to find a dirty cop, grease his wheels do a favor etc...when youve done enough the merit will be your for free

same goes for merits like mentor, staff etc, as well as the momento, totem, artifact etc merits
