| Vigor- as noted except when used with unarmed attacks the attack gains the 9a quality or is reflexive
resilience- the extra health disappears as does damage inflicted to the extra levels is reflexive, it also downgrades 1 point of damage per attack to the next lowest
celerity- will have 2 effects and 2 offensive styles and defensive style ( when activating celerity the kindred must choose)
ignore def equal to rating and gain +1 initiative- (offense)
Gain +1 Def and initiative ( defense)
Both aspects give the x2 cumalative per sot speed boost
